01You need two permissions, and we can only give you one

Veizik is a runtime. We do not distribute model weights, and your images and video never leave your machine. You download the models yourself from their publishers (usually Hugging Face), and that is where you accept each model's licence.

Paying for a tier does not grant the second permission. Nothing on a Veizik invoice can change what Black Forest Labs or Tencent permit. The table below is the current state of that second permission.

04FLUX.1-dev is a non-commercial model

This is the point most people miss, so it gets its own section. FLUX.1-dev is supported by the runtime, and it is the one supported model you may not use for paid work without a separate licence from Black Forest Labs.

• The Veizik licence gives you rights in the runtime. It does not, and cannot, give you commercial rights in FLUX.1-dev.
• For commercial work we recommend the 🟢 models — Wan 2.1 / 2.2 (Apache-2.0), Step-Video-T2V (MIT) and CogVideoX-2b (Apache-2.0). They carry no conditions.
• If you want FLUX specifically for commercial work, licence it from Black Forest Labs directly.

05HunyuanVideo — not licensed in KR, the EU or the UK

We record this per artefact and licence revision, not per family. "Hunyuan is blocked in Korea" is the kind of shorthand that goes wrong the moment a publisher ships one model under different terms — so each repository and each licence revision is tracked on its own row. As of 2026-08-13 the exclusion has been read in the licence file of tencent/HunyuanVideo, -I2V, HunyuanVideo-1.5 and HunyuanImage-3.0, each carrying the same clause verbatim: "'Territory' shall mean the worldwide territory, excluding the territory of the European Union, United Kingdom and South Korea." A new Tencent release is not assumed to inherit it; it gets checked and gets its own row. 계열이 아니라 개별 산출물·라이선스 개정판 단위로 기록합니다 — 발행자가 같은 계열을 다른 조건으로 내는 순간 "계열 단위" 표기는 틀리기 때문입니다.

The Veizik engine has a HunyuanVideo path and we list it as a supported family, because saying which models a runtime can execute is a statement of fact about our software. What the Tencent licence controls is use of the weights and of their output, and it draws a territory line:

• HunyuanVideo — the Tencent Hunyuan Community License does not apply in the EU, the UK, or South Korea. Veizik does not supply these weights and grants no rights in them. If you are in those territories you have no licence from Tencent; contact Tencent directly.
• Because we are a Korean seller, we also do not publish benchmark figures or sample outputs for this model anywhere on this site. Where you would expect a number, you will see measurements withheld. That is deliberate, not an omission.

What the product actually does

The same rule applies to HunyuanImage-3, which carries the same territory clause. Rather than remove the capability for everyone, Veizik separates the three things the licence treats separately — the code that can run the architecture, the weights, and where they run:

Nothing here is a grant from us. Where the download is available, you accept Tencent's licence from Tencent and the model is governed by that licence, not by your Veizik plan. Veizik has no affiliation with, and no endorsement from, Tencent.

If you are outside the restricted territories, running the model and sharing what you make with it — settings, timings, clips, write-ups — is between you and Tencent's licence, and we do not restrict it. We simply do not carry those results onto pages aimed at KR, EU or UK readers.

06FAQ

I have the runtime — why can't I use FLUX for client work?
The Veizik licence covers the runtime. The right to use a model commercially comes from its publisher. Black Forest Labs released FLUX.1-dev under non-commercial terms, and we have no power to change them. For commercial work, use the 🟢 models (Wan, Step-Video, CogVideoX-2b).

Does a licence still apply if I run it locally?
Yes. The licence attaches to the weights, not to a network connection.

Can Veizik obtain the licence on my behalf?
No. We do not distribute weights, so we hold no redistribution licence, and we cannot contract on your behalf. For 🟡 and 🔴 models you must deal with the publisher directly.

What about the free tier?
Commercial use of the Veizik runtime is permitted on every plan, including the free one, within that plan’s deployment scope. That changes nothing in the table above: each model’s licence is granted by its publisher and applies independently of which Veizik plan you hold.

How often is this updated?
We re-read the originals quarterly and update the verification date. If the date is more than six months old, read the source yourself.

Where does this sit relative to the Terms?
Section 10 of the Terms of Service governs your content and outputs, and Section 5 governs tiers and commercial use. This page explains the third-party half that neither section can change.
