Veizik is a local runtime — it runs on your own GPU, and the free tier exists so you can verify it runs on your hardware before paying anything. This policy covers what happens when a paid subscription doesn't work out.
The Service is currently not offered to residents of the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom. Subscriptions are not sold into those territories at this stage of the launch. If you are an existing customer there, your statutory rights are unaffected — write to support@veizik.com.
If it's your first subscription, you're within 7 days of purchase, and the experimental sample-render path (veizik t2v, run on your own machine per the README) fails to run on a supported environment (Internal Verified or Experimental), send us a diagnostic report and you get a full refund. Renewal charges are not refundable except where the law requires. Refunds are processed through Polar, our Merchant of Record. We decide within 5 business days of a complete request.
A full refund of your first subscription payment is available when all of the following are true:
veizik doctor and the log of the failing run.Subjective dissatisfaction with generated output, render speed on hardware below the supported class, or use outside the supported environments are not covered by this condition. That's exactly why the free tier exists — please verify on your GPU before subscribing.
Refund eligibility under section 1 depends on where you run Veizik. Our support labels are honest: Internal Verified means measured on our own hardware (internal benchmark — no third-party verification yet), Experimental means it is expected to work but is less exercised, and Waitlist means not released.
| Environment | Status | Refund condition (§1) applies? | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Linux x86_64 + NVIDIA 24 GB class | Internal Verified | Yes — sample-run failure + diagnostic report | Measured internally on RTX 3090. |
| Linux x86_64 + NVIDIA 8–16 GB | Experimental | Yes — sample-run failure + diagnostic report | The memory classes the engine is built for. Same refund terms as Internal Verified; labeled Experimental because we have not measured these cards in-house. veizik doctor grades them the same way. |
| Windows WSL2 + NVIDIA | Experimental | Yes — sample-run failure + diagnostic report | Same terms as Internal Verified; labeled Experimental because it is less exercised. |
| macOS Apple Silicon | Waitlist | No — not a supported environment | Not released. A purchase made in anticipation of macOS support is outside §1 — please wait for release instead of subscribing early. |
| Any other hardware / OS | Unsupported | No | Verify with the free tier first — it costs nothing. |
Refund eligibility by environment, Policy v1. "Internal Verified" reflects internal benchmarks only; no external reproduction data exists yet (Technical Preview).
Renewal charges are not refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. The §1 refund condition applies to the first payment of your first subscription only.
To avoid an unwanted renewal, cancel before your billing period renews — do it in the customer portal, signing in with the email you paid with. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund.
veizik doctor output plus the failing run log.Paid checkout is hosted by Polar (Merchant of Record) in USD, with tax handled at checkout. The self-serve plan offered at billing launch is Creator ($29/mo · $249/yr). Pro runs as an invite-only preview until its automation features are generally available. Studio Node ($299/mo, per PC) is by inquiry only and is not available through self-serve checkout. Billing has not opened yet — reservations collect no payment, so no refunds can arise before your first charge; this policy applies from that first charge.
Subscription cancellation: you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
