Veizik is distributed free of charge. Nothing on this site is sold, there is no subscription and no payment is taken, so there is no charge for this policy to reverse.
Policy v1 (effective 2026-07-20) described refunds for purchases. Those plans were withdrawn on 2026-09-23 and the runtime is now published as a free, signed EXPERIMENTAL build. A refund policy for purchases nobody can make would be a term we could not honour, so it is gone rather than left standing.
The build is published on GitHub with its SHA-256 and can be downloaded without a payment. See Getting the build for the current release, its size and its digest. Running it needs a free account and an activated device — that is not a purchase, and nothing on this site takes a payment.
If a paid offering opens in future, a refund policy will be published on this page before it opens, not after.
Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your own country, including Korea's Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Because no payment is taken, the withdrawal and refund provisions of that Act have nothing to operate on; if that changes, this page changes first.
