Data requests
One address handles every request: support@veizik.com. There is no form to fill in, no account required to ask a question, and no fee. Most of what people ask for is small, because most of what you do with Veizik — prompts, media, renders — never reaches us in the first place.
1What you can ask for
| Right | What it means here |
|---|---|
| Access / 열람 / Know | A machine-readable export of what we hold for your email: account record, API-key metadata (ids, tier, status — never the key itself), sessions, devices, trials, and any diagnostics tied to your installation id |
| Rectification / 정정 | Correct an email address or account detail that is wrong |
| Erasure / 삭제 | Delete your account and the records keyed to it. Payment and tax records that Korean law requires us to keep are the exception, and we tell you exactly which ones stayed |
| Restriction / 처리정지 | Freeze processing — in practice we revoke keys and sessions and flag the account, without deleting it |
| Portability | The same export as Access, in JSON |
| Objection / opt-out | Object to processing based on legitimate interest, including the analytics beacon and diagnostics |
| Withdraw consent | Turn optional analytics off — instantly, yourself, with the button below. No email needed |
| Do Not Sell or Share (CCPA/CPRA) | We do not sell or share personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of; ask and we will confirm that in writing |
| Non-discrimination | Exercising any right never degrades your service, tier or price |
2How to submit one
Email support@veizik.com from the address on the account, and tell us which right you are exercising. That is the whole procedure. If you are writing from a different address, say which account you mean and we will send the verification to the account address instead.
A dedicated privacy address is planned: [OPERATOR INPUT: once the privacy@veizik.com alias exists, update the address on this page and in the policy]. Until then support@veizik.com is the live channel and is routed to the same people.
3How we verify it is you
Your account is keyed to an email address, so proving control of that address is proportionate proof — we send a one-time verification link there and act once you follow it. We do not ask for a government ID, passport or photo for a routine access or deletion request; asking would collect more sensitive data than the request itself. Only an unusual, high-risk request would need anything more, and we would explain why first.
4How long it takes
| Where you are | Legal deadline |
|---|---|
| EU/EEA, UK | 1 month, extendable by 2 months for complex requests, with notice |
| Korea (PIPA) | Access within 10 days; other requests without delay |
| California | 45 days, extendable by 45, with notice |
Our operating target is tighter than all three: acknowledge within 3 business days, complete within 30 days, and within 10 days for access requests.
5What we can and cannot do
- ✓Account, keys, sessions, devices, trials, diagnostics — ours, so we can export, correct, restrict or delete them.
- ✓Analytics events — they carry a random id and no account link. Withdraw consent to stop new ones; tell us the id (Cookie settings shows your current state) if you also want existing rows removed.
- ×Card numbers, billing addresses, invoices, tax documents — held by Polar, our Merchant of Record, not by us. We will point you at Polar and, where you ask, pass the request along.
- ×Your prompts, media and renders — we never had them, so there is nothing for us to export or delete. They are on your disk, under your control.
- ×Payment and tax records that Korean tax and commercial law requires us to retain — these survive an erasure request, and we tell you which ones did.
Backups. Deletion applies to live systems immediately and reaches backups within 30 days, when the rolling backup window turns over. We do not restore a pre-deletion backup without re-applying the deletion.
6Turning off telemetry and analytics
Website analytics are consent-based: use Cookie settings in the footer of any page — that clears the anonymous id and stops the beacon immediately, no request needed. For runtime diagnostics, email support@veizik.com and we will switch them off for your account. There is no command-line privacy flag today; if you have read otherwise anywhere, that document is ahead of the software, and email is the mechanism that actually works.
7If you are not satisfied
You can complain to a supervisory authority at any time, without contacting us first. In Korea: the Personal Information Protection Commission (개인정보보호위원회) and the KISA privacy call centre (privacy.go.kr, 118). In the EU/EEA: your national Data Protection Authority. In the UK: the Information Commissioner's Office. Our Privacy Officer is listed in Privacy Policy §1.
