A speed release. The same eight models and the same signed, notarised package shape, with every model core rebuilt for faster prompt processing. 4.3 MB installed.

What this build does
- Prompt processing runs on batched cores: on the machines measured for this release the engine reads a 615-token prompt at 4,285 tokens per second on an M1 Ultra with Qwen3-1.7B. The figure and the command that produces it are on the benchmarks page.
- `veizik bench` now reports the runtime's own clock — model load, prefill, decode and inter-token latency — instead of a wall-clock difference between process launches, which on small models was smaller than the launch jitter.
- `veizik run <model> "<prompt>" --tokens N`: the token budget flag is accepted anywhere on the line, and an unknown flag is refused instead of being read as the prompt.
- 4.3 MB installed — 4,348,089 bytes in 43 files, summed from the published disk image by brand/stage_release.py.
- Signed with a Developer ID and notarised by Apple; the image carries SHA256SUMS over its other 49 files.

Fixed issues
Known issues in 2026.09.30
- Headless enrolment is not enabled: every device is activated through a browser.
- Each command run leases the model key from the activation service, which adds two to three seconds before generation starts. The runtime's own load time is 50 ms to 1.4 s; the lease round-trip is not yet cached between runs.
